Customer Experience Representative
Kenora, ON

Are you a warm, friendly, and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team of dedicated insurance professionals at our Kenora office. The Customer Experience Representative will cultivate a welcoming environment with a focus on handling the front desk and will assist with general office duties. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, and will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

To be successful in this role, candidates will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related field

Personal Account Administrator
Kenora, ON

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Personal Account Administrator for our Kenora office.

About the Job

The successful candidate will process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and log all business activities with utmost accuracy, as well as, provide assistance with general office duties in a busy environment with ongoing disruptions. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently on a wide variety of administrative tasks and projects. 

About You

  • Effective and professional communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience working under pressure and maintaining composure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Must be willing to participate in ongoing training and education
  • Significant computer aptitude, and working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client requests for routine policy endorsements, renewals or cancellations, and log all business activities with utmost accuracy, and will be required to obtain a license as a Registered Insurance Broker in Ontario.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills
  • Effective and professional communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience working under pressure and maintaining composure in a fast paced and changing environment
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • A current RIBO level 1 license, or willing to obtain as soon as possible
  • Previous insurance experience is considered an asset, but not required as we are willing to train
  • Must be willing to participate in ongoing training and education
  • Significant computer aptitude, and working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
